We heard it at Ultra, we heard it on BBC Radio1, and we heard it in our dreams. But ladies and gentlemen, now we can hear it in all it’s glory. The high quality radio edit of Avicii’s latest single, ‘Wake Me Up’, has been leaked and thank god, because I don’t know how much longer I could go without having it in my musical library. This is an entirely new musical direction for Avicii and it sounds incredible. With the vocal stylings of renowned Soul singer Aloe Blacc, ‘Wake Me Up’ has a pleasant indie/folk sound to it while still maintaining the intense House energy that Avicii has become famous for. I honestly can’t describe this song, it’s that good, so just LISTEN! To hear it, just click the link! Now i’m not suggesting you download this leak for free, but if you want to then you can just right click the link below and choose “Save Link As”, if you want to. As always, please buy and support this artist when the full song gets released.
This track has been the topic of strong conversation for months now since the debut in Avicii’s Ultra Music Festival set back in March. It has received both negative and positive reviews since Tim’s courageous stunt . It was due to premiere out tonight while Skrillex was airing his BBC essential mix, the first once he has done since 2011. I dont know why anyone would ever premiere something the same thing as Skrillex’s BBC essential mix but hey.. Anyways, when I was watching Avicii Ultra live stream hating my life because I wasn’t at Ultra and when I witnessed what Avicii pulled I was absolutely pissed. I thanked god I wasn’t at that set and thought Avicii blew all credit he has as a DJ and producer. Now that I listen to it…It might have grown on me. I dont know if it’s because I like country music or if it’s just actually really well produced. Either way, check out the track below.
“The new tune is set to be premiered today by Pete Tong on Radio 1 despite it being played – to some controversy – at Ultra in Miami this year.”
So as most of you know, Moonrise Festival is absolutely KILLING IT with these artist announcements!Their first wave caught everyone’s attention then phase 2 absolutely killed the competition. I’ve never seen so many talented artists packed into TWO days! And on top of all this…they added Avicii to close out the final day of the Festival!
On top of the major Avicii announcement, a lot of local talent was added as well and the headliners were broken down by day. I’m more excited for this Festival than I am for any other one this summer. Moonrise brought an absolutely stacked lineup out of nowhere and I can’t wait to see what else they may have in store.
This one WILL sell out so make sure you grab your tickets below! Hurry!

I don’t think we’ve ever featured Teknartist before have we? We’ll here’s a little introduction: Coedy Girard is an up and coming EDM producer from Boston, MA (love my city) but now lives in Philly. At just 20 years old Teknartist is already making some big moves with his production and DJ skills. His latest piece of work is his remix of Crime by Avicii & Project 46. We’ve all heard the original but the remix kicks it up a notch. While keeping the beautiful vocals from Daphne, Tekartist tweaks the drop and turns it into a filthy Progressive House banger with loud growls and hard hitting bass. Check out more of Teknartist’s stuff over on his Soundcloud and make sure you grab the free download of this remix! Enjoy!

Avicii just uploaded a new promo mix that features some new upcoming music that will appear on his album, some of his recent music, some of his older music, and some of the songs he personally enjoys from other artists. The diversity in this mix is crazy, not your ordinary main room set that Avicii is known for besides his recent Ultra Music Festival set but we think it was about that time for someone to take a risk with trying something different and Tim (Avicii) seems to have taken the challenge, showcasing in this mix some music that is very different than what we are use to, but that we personally find interesting and enjoy. Check it out and let us know what you think!
I can honestly say I’ve never heard a crazier mashup. This track is straight fire, and Sharkf3ng flawlessly pulls in samples from the likes of Knife Party, Zedd, Fedde Le Grande, Candyland, Wolfgang Gartner and many more. The mashup is an instant party starter and will rip through your speakers. Show this upcoming monster some support and hit up the track from Sharkf3ng’s Facebook!

So this time around CHANGE brings us another bootleg, this time of one of Avicii’s more recent track (after levels, but before he turned folk-house). This one is a big-room house track with some funky electro lines in the drop, and a style similar to Avicii, but more refined, CHANGE is able to bring together this very clean cut bootleg remix.

As Free The Universe creeps closer and closer, we now have the third installment of Lazer Strikes Back, a series of EPs packed with unreleased Major Lazer remixes, mashups and anything else. In this installment we get a stompin’ electro/dub remix of ‘Jah No Partial’ from Vato Gonzalez, then the much anticipated Avicii edit of ‘Get Free’ that he dropped in his Diplo & Friends Mix a few weeks back. Third on deck is then a very raw, acoustic drum n bass remix of Get Free from Camo UFO and to top it off we have the Major Lazer remix of Settle Down by No Doubt. The album is almost here folks, so sit tight!

And now for the bass heads…Dubstep aint dead! This is just what I needed to get my day going, a lot of grime and a lot of growl. Our boy Tom Budin keeps doing big things and this time he remixes the hit song I Could Be. Budin took what was originally a beautiful track and added his filthy style to it and made it an absolute banger of track. No download link just yet but I sure hope we get one soon. Check out the stream below and enjoy!
