Coming out with banger after banger, Whiiite has been on a tear lately with a slew of crazy remixes. Now he’s back with another one as he flips one of the hottest tracks out now with his spin on Kevin Gates “2 Phones” (Check out the original song in video below). This song has been a personal favorite of mine and I’m super psyched Whiiite stepped up to the plate to deliver this one.

Whiiite takes the spacey and bass heavy trap beat of the original then he brings up the tempo, adds some slamming drums, dark overlay synths and then spirals it into a massive melodic drop. He also mixed in some great phone sound samples to really get your attention. Kevin Gates is one of the best new rappers out but at the same time, one of the most controversial. However the build up for his debut album “Islah” has been nothing short of entertaining and if you didn’t know who Gates was before this…you will know him after. That’s the mark of a good song and really good remix.
Whiiite has been a landmark of consistency and this track is another great offering from the enigmatic producer. This song is out for free download so go get it for both your phones (One for the plug and one for the load), brace for impact and turn those speakers up!
