Over the last week Champagne Drip has dropped the first two singles, “Return Harbor” and “Ascension,” off of his Poseidon EP and he is now here with “Prometheus.” “Prometheus” is an ambient dubstep track with a mix of zany sounds and deep basslines. The song makes for a nice change of pace to the rest of the EP. Its steady flow and soothing rhythms makes it a relaxing but elegant original. It has a bit of a Bassnectar vibe to it which is something we are definitely not complaining about.
“Prometheus” and the entire EP is out now via Quality Goods Records and you can download and stream below. The diverse grouping of sounds that we have heard from Champagne Drip with this EP is encouraging for what is to come. We are excited to see where he will be heading next with his productions.
