From his viral launchpad mashups, to his funky Sam Smith remix, not to mention his recently released debut single “Together”, Throttle the Aussie producer has been making waves; Bondi to Malibu. And with an incredible skill to give anything a funky groove, I was more than excited to hear he’d remixed The Weeknd’s chart topper, “I Can’t Feel My Face”.
Carrying over the sexiness of the original, Throttle has truly given it a funky facelift and a half. In fact everything about this remix screams funk, from a thick bass line, to silky guitars and glowing horns. It is by far the best remix I’ve heard of, and I don’t see it being topped anytime soon.
