Free N Losh Drop First Single From Upcoming Album Release
Christos Schrader

Free N Losh are a Toronto-based duo that you should seriously be paying attention to. You might know them for their collection of classic rock and jazz remixes The Best Is Yet To Come, which showed the duo’s ability to create thoughtful, well-produced remixes out of some of the best source material out there.

Now, the duo has announced their first full-length album of original material, to come in 2016, and this song is the first taste of that project. “Rose” features vocalist Bethea, whose beautiful voice is surrounded by lush production on this slow-burning number. Rather than the all-powerful bass drop that most producers rely on, these guys use melodic content and subtle changes in energy to move through the song, and the result is a gorgeous piece of music.

I for one can’t wait to hear more from this album.
