When I originally heard a few days ago what a new Skream single with Sam Frank was being premiered, I was over the moon with joy. The pairing’s previous endeavor ‘Anticipate’ is easily one of my favorite electronic music tracks, and I couldn’t help but yearn for a similar single to be presented. Upon listening to ‘Rollercoaster’ its safe to say that I’m in love with these two all over again. While the style has gone from the anti-climactic dubstep of ‘Anticipate’, to the infectious sounds of classic disco, the pairing of vocal work and production fits so perfectly. ‘Rollercoaster’ is this funky anthem, packed with bubbling synths, buzzing acoustic bass lines, those catchy feel good keyboard vibes provide incredible wonders to the single. While the summer is on its way out, this single has massive potential to keep the disco going through the winter. Make sure to pre-order the single before it releases at the end of October.
