Get Ready to Party at Why Not Now? Festival This Memorial Day Weekend in Brooklyn
Brian Poles

The inaugural Why Not Now? Festival is happening this Memorial Day Weekend at Industry City in Brooklyn and we wanted to help you get ready. Why Not Now? is a two-night boutique festival built to showcase the evolving future of electronic music and creative expression. Headlined by Gorgon City and Chase & Status, the event brings together nationally recognized talent and emerging local artists across two immersive stages. More than just a music festival, Why Not Now? transforms its open-air setting into an experience where music, art, and community come together. Designed to celebrate innovation and connection, the festival asks for attendees to embrace the energy of the present while stepping into the culture of tomorrow.

Wrapping it Up

From my experience, smaller, boutique festivals like this one end up being some of the best times. You are surrounded by people who genuinely want to be there and have fun while avoiding the crowds that are just trying to find whatever party they can. On top of that, this is a great lineup with two great headliners and a slew of fantastic up-and-comers. Linksa just played at EDC Las Vegas with rave reviews and Genesi, Joy (Anonymous), and MPH are some true heavy-hitters. There is a lot at this festival for people to find enjoyment in so don’t miss out on this amazing way to party this MDW!
