Aash Mehta Goes No.1 on Hypem After Remixing The Chainsmoker’s “Closer”

Aash Mehta is on fire. This year alone, he has released a wide variety of remixes and originals, crossed the 1M+ play mark on Soundcloud, and dropped his debut EP “Dreams Money Can’t Buy” which has topped over 550,000 overall streams. His newest single, “Wings”, which he released just a few weeks ago is has already been streamed over 100K times and has been supported by artists such as Vijay and Sofia, De Hofner, The Him, Justin Caruso, and many others – as well as being selected as one of the “Demos of the Sesh” in the newest Two Friends mix. The support for him throughout the electronic music spectrum has led to Aash being asked to share the stage with artists such as 3lau, Audien, Mako, Borgeous, Migos, Caked Up, Kap Slap, Big Wild (just to name a few) and perform at shows internationally.

Aash’s newest track, a ‘flip’ of The Chainsmokers & Halsey’s track “Closer” is a definite hit, containing futuristic chords, beautifully crafted melodic vocal chops, and live guitars that truly showcase Aash’s ability to blend elements across all electronic sub-genres and also work with live instruments – creating a sound that sets him apart from the rest.
