I don’t know about the rest of the world, but to me it’s starting to become pretty clear that ScHoolboy Q’s upcoming Blank Face LP is going to be one of the best hip-hop/rap albums in recent memory. Having already dropped the insanely amazing single “THat Part” featuring non other than the musical genius Yeezy himself, ScHoolboy just dropped another taste of his new album and holy christ is it just flat out incredible.
This almost 9 minute music video really gives you an insight into ScHoolboy’s aggressive mindset for this new album and truly showcases the streets of LA. The actual song doesn’t drop until a bit before six minutes, but this whole video really pulls the viewer in and immerses them in ScHoolboy’s world with his hard lyrics and visuals. The Blank Face album is set to be released July 8th and has a ton of incredible features such as Vince Staples, Anderson .Paak, and even the bay area legend E-40. Hopefully we’ll get at least on more single before this album drops considering we’re straight foaming at the mouth for some new ScHoolboy Q, but until then I’m sure we’ll all have this dope ass track on repeat for days.
