Chill Your Soul With “Silhouettes” By Echos

Our friends Tal and Lexi, better known as ECHOS, are back once again with yet another amazing track. The Portland-based duo whose melodic, heartfelt dubstep anthems we’ve fallen in love with over the past year have switched it up a bit with Silhouettes. Instead of the dubstep approach, Silhouettes ventures into the depths of soulful trap where Lexi’s vocals float effortlessly over the top of Tal’s brilliant, yet simple melodic composition. While I certainly hope that the track isn’t indicative of a departure from their dubstep roots, it certainly gives the group a new dimension, and exemplifies the fact that music written from the depths of the soul can traverse any genre boundaries. Check out the stream of the track below and be sure to pick up the track for free or on iTunes.
