Whenever an artist takes to the decks for an Essential Mix, its clear that they have reached a truly influential status. For Flume, the past couple of years have seen his career blossom from a bedroom internet sensation to global headliner. This two hour essential mix features artists like Troyboi, San Holo, JamieXX, Jon Hopkins and many more talented producers. Also making a couple of appearances on the tracklist is Chet Faker, who Flume announced this week is collaborating with him on a full EP.
As is to be expected, a handful of unreleased tracks from Flume himself also made their way into the two hour masterpiece, making it clear that new Flume music is on the horizon. I’ll let the mix speak for itself. Listen here.
