Every now and then a virtually unknown artist sends TSS an epic remix of a metal song and we think to ourselves, “Wow, this song really slaps.” Today that happened with Aktup’s sick glitch hop/drumstep version of Dragonforce’s “Through The Fire And The Flames,” which you may remember as one of the easiest songs in Guitar Hero.
Aktup kills it with perfectly-executed glitches and arpeggiators set against crushing bass and samples of the ridiculous guitar and synth sounds from the original song. Definitely give this one a listen if you like to headbang, but be warned: you may find yourself uncontrollably breaking things in your immediate area. Try to put this on in a safe environment with minimal sharp and/or heavy objects.
