Ship Wrek & TA$C!ONE Link Up For A Massive Hybrid Track “Void”
Nick Hailer

Man we’ve got a treat for you today! Two artists who we’ve been following individually for a while now, Ship Wrek and TA$C!ONE, have crossed paths and combined to make an absolute monster of a hybrid trap track called “Void”.

Released through Cirque De Freak, Ship Wrek and TA$C!ONE combine their individual styles perfectly to make a song that has a little bit of something for everyone. With it’s uplifting house style synths for the builds, popping 808 drums, gnarly dubstep bass stabs and trippy trap samples for the drop, this song front to back is just an amazing listen. It’s one of those songs that if you play it out in a DJ set, you might hesitate mixing out on the breakdown and just go double drop because the crowd would be feeling it too hard (And you don’t wanna be that dude that transitioned to quick out of a good song). Whatever your favorite sub genre of electronic music is, this song will become one of your fast favorites.

Ship Wrek and TA$C!ONE have been on our radar for a minute now and to see them come together for this one and to make what they did…hats off to them. We need more! So grab that free download, show their pages some loves, stay tuned for whatever they got coming next and turn those speaker WAAAAAAAAAAY UP!

Hybrid Trap
Nick Hailer

I've been called "The Male Oprah Of DJ's", "The Mayor of Camp Bisco", and just plainly known and described as "That Is SoNick". Former member of the EDM/Mashup group Pulse FX (featured twice on ThisSongSlaps), I now spend my days soundcloud diving for new tracks at my full time job, frequenting concerts in the winter until it's festival season in the summer, and taking full advantage of my wife's family and friends discount at Guitar Center. Doesn't matter if it's a Glitch Mob show or Chadwick Stokes, you will most likely see me holding court in the smoking area or side stage talking endlessly on all things music. From everything to new tracks, new artists, production methods and performance styles, I have an opinion on everything and I have no problem sharing it.
