Ever find yourself walking to the beat of a song in your head? “Pearl Gawd” had me late to most of my classes today but of course I didn’t care cause it’s a jam. The song’s lyricist, producer, and rapper Martin $ky is Chicago’s next big thing in my opinion. He’s a triple threat, similar to Chance the Rapper in this regard, but his tone and themes are completely different. For those of you not suffering through a winter apocalypse, ride out with the top down this weekend to “Pearl Gawd” and others by Martin $ky and you wont be disappointed.
