After a long-awaited return, Jon Bellion is back with “Father Figure”, his first solo album in seven years, arriving June 6. The GRAMMY-nominated singer/songwriter and producer made the announcement directly to fans through his Beautiful Mind Club Forum, where it racked up over 12,000 pre-saves within days.
The album is a deeply personal dive into Bellion’s journey as a father, husband, and artist. With raw honesty, the new album explores the highs and lows of parenthood and the sacrifices that come with chasing your purpose while staying grounded in love and family.
Alongside the announcement, Bellion dropped “Horoscope,” a heartfelt collaboration with 13-time GRAMMY winner Pharrell Williams. The track begins gently with piano before evolving into a rich blend of synths and sax, serving as a tribute to Bellion’s wife for her unwavering support. In his words, it’s a promise that no matter how far he travels, he’ll always return when she needs him.
“Pharrell is one of my biggest inspirations,” Bellion shared. “We had deep conversations about fatherhood, legacy, and staying creative without losing your family in the process.”
Pharrell echoed the admiration, calling Bellion “a prolific spirit and a skeleton key to any composition.”
This new chapter is more than just music—it’s a return to roots. Since stepping away after Glory Sound Prep in 2018, Bellion focused on writing for others and launching Beautiful Mind Records, working with global superstars like Rihanna, Justin Bieber, Dua Lipa, and more. But now, with “Father Figure”, he’s stepping back into the spotlight on his own terms.
The album follows recent singles “Wash” and “Kid Again,” which marked his official return and have already earned millions of streams. True to form, Jon continues to prioritize his fan community, offering early access and exclusive drops to over 110,000 members in his online forum.
