One of the hottest names in electronic dance music continues to impress with Jackie Hollander with returning to Insomniac Records to deliver her sophomore single on the imprint with “I Look Good” alongside Lizzy Land.
Being an empowering piece of production that also serves as quite the menacing club weapon, Hollander continues to showcase her production prowess with each and every release.
“I wanted to make a follow-up song to my last big release, “All My Friends Are Hot.” I wanted this song to be about feeling confident in yourself and knowing you look good. This is a song really about self-confidence,” Jackie Hollander says.
She adds, “I made a beat I was obsessed with and knew going into the session it would be a special song. The writer/singer had looked me up before our session and already had the lyrics she wanted to use. When I played her the beat, her lyrics went perfectly to it. It truly was magic and was so meant to be. Thus, “I Look Good” was born.”
