Once again proving to be quite the blossoming powerhouse in the world of bass music, SLANDER’s Heaven Sent struck again with the release of STAR SEED and ODEA‘s striking collaboration, “DAWN.”
Putting their creative minds together, these two have engineered a shimmering melodic bass beauty that is sure to catch some listeners off-guard featuring a hefty dose of psy-techno elements throughout.
“ODEA and I have been friends since 2014, actually. When I lived in LA, we would hang out every so often. Nearly 10 years later, we reconnected and started shooting around the idea of making some music together. We wanted to do something that would cohesively combine more rave aesthetic psy/techno vibes with wave and melodic bass, so we could seamlessly mesh together our individual sounds into one. We’re both really happy with how this one turned out,” STAR SEED shares.
ODEA adds, “ “We really wanted to make a song that combined all the different styles of our sounds and I believe we accomplished that! So happy with how the song came out and even happier that Heaven Sent believed in it the way we did!”
