Having herself a truly monstrous 2024 unloading a steady flow of new music consistently throughout this year, Wenzday continues to add to her ever-growing arsenal with the release of her newest club weapon, “I Wanna Talk.”
Fresh off of the release of “Get Hard,” the heartbreak house head honcho returns to Insomniac’s IN / ROTATION imprint with a fiery tech house heater fueled by shuffling drums and wonky basslines.
“I wanted to write a heartbreak house song about the experience of being ghosted. Unfortunately, many of us have experienced what it’s like to feel secure with someone—only for them to abandon ship without any warning. The lyrics for ‘I Wanna Talk’ are what I wish I could have said to an ex-partner who ghosted me. Nothing beats turning a bad experience into a fun, empowering anthem,” Wenzday explains.
