We all know that John Summit doesn’t shy away from the spotlight. He has quickly ascended into being one of the largest producers in the world and his DJ shows have evolved into a spectacle to not be missed with specially curated production and stage design. The Chicago-native also just released his debut album, Comfort in Chaos to glowing reviews. With the album released, he has started touring the album on standalone headlining shows in different areas of the US to the delight of fans everywhere. Last week, he brought the show to Rawhide Event Center in the Phoenix, Arizona area for his largest headlining show to date in the state and he did not disappoint.
As expected, John Summit played his hits, old and new, which included the likes of “Go Back,” “Shiver,” his remix of “Sweet Disposition,” among many others. He seamlessly mixed genres, as he has been known to do, while bringing the crowd through bursts of big energy and then lulled them through other melodic journeys. Few other than John Summit have the capability to do this, especially in front of a crowd of over 15,000.
We also don’t want to miss out on highlighting Elderbrook who directly opened up for John Summit who also played his hits and set the vibe beforehand and with Fallon throwing down the house beats before that and RAFI opening up the whole show. All artists brought their all to the stage and it was a night to be remembered.
Be sure to catch John Summit if he comes to your city. As you all know by now I am sure, he is not to be missed and is worth every penny as he continues to blow up. Also, check out his album Comfort in Chaos if you haven’t already. You can also get a quick preview of what to expect at his show through the post-event recap video below. If that doesn’t get you to buy a ticket then I don’t know what could!
