Following the release “Slow Motion” and “Lights Go Out” with Benson and Lucy Lucy, What So Not has unveiled his highly-anticipated Motions EP.
His latest offering is rounded out with “Tower In The Woods” featuring MNDR in addition to a his high-octane collaboration “Realise” alongside Habstrakt with the end result being an flawless EP that showcases a seamless fusion of gritty basslines, ethereal vocals, and dynamic drops that will captivate listeners from start to finish.
In addition to dropping his four track offering, accompanying each track on the EP is a cinematic visualizer that he created himself.
“I have a place I go to in my mind for each song I make. A unique destination that fills the senses and enables me to return to the same stream of consciousness in order to complete the work. I would often try to commission works to be reflective of these settings to pair with the audio, but with so many tech advancements allowing new possibilities, I’ve been thoroughly enjoying diving head first into this new medium of expression myself,” What So Not explains.
