They’re back! Orjan Nilsen and Mark Sixma has reunited once again under their nilsix moniker to deliver “Gone” on Dreamstate Records.
The dynamic duo’s third appearance on the label, their latest offering is a high-octane tune fueled by robust tumbling basslines, sharp arpeggiations, crisp hi-hats and uplifting melodic progressions.
“I had a melody that I made on my way to our nilsix Asia tour, showed it to Orjan, and by the time I took a shower, he had already made the sickest of basslines to it. We kept working on it and finished it just in time for Dreamstate SoCal later that week where we premiered it,” Mark Sixma explains.
