The wait is finally over! With Labor Day weekend right around the corner, this means its almost time for ARC Music Festival to return to Union Park for a fun-filled weekend fueled by house and techno.
Chicago’s flagship house and techno festival will be invading the “Windy City” it’s third edition looking to go bigger and better than ever before showcasing the sounds of electronic dance music’s latest and greatest talents in the birthplace of house music.
While the festival has provided all the essentials: set times, festival map, and food vendors, it is time to get to the drawing board to schedule the perfect soundtrack for your weekend.
Considering this is a star-studded affair that runs across three days, there are plenty of names to choose from with plenty of set time conflicts that can make things a bit overwhelming but we’re here to help.

Considered a true techno titan, it only seems right that Boys Noize is paying a visit to Chicago for ARC Music Festival. Always one to deliver high-octane and frenzied sets all masterful crafted in terms of track selection, this Grammy-nominated talent is sure to get festivalgoers adrenaline pumping throughout his 90-minute set.

Catching an Eric Prydz alone is an unforgettable musical journey; however, his HOLO show is simply in a league of its one and doesn’t happen too often. Easily considered the best audiovisual experience in the dance music scene at the moment, with pictures and videos simply not doing it justice, those lucky enough to be attending ARC Music Festival this year must pay a visit to the Grid stage on Friday to close out the night.

The electronic dance music icon has been at it for four decades now and certainly shows no signs of slowing down. Not only is he one of the hottest names in the world of electronic dance music but John Summit will be playing the role of hometown hero when he closes out the Grid stage Saturday night. Still buzzing off the release of this captivating single “Where You Are” with Hayla, this renowned party enthusiast is primed to ignite the festival crowd with his infectious stage presence and fiery track selections.

Currently dominating the airwaves with her viral summer anthem, “(It Goes Like) Nanana,” Peggy Gou will be making her return to Chicago taking centerstage Sunday night at the Grid stage. Making a name for herself with her infectious productions and forward-thinking curations whenever in the mix, the South Korean-born, Berlin-based talent is sure have the crowd moving and grooving for a proper Sunday Funday set to close out the weekend.
