Keeping her hot streak alive with yet another release as we pass through the halfway mark of 2023, Mary Droppinz has returned to Zeds Dead’s esteemed Altered States label with her latest release, “Ignite.”
Proving once again to be a versatile as they come when it comes to production, the Southern California-based talent adds to her ever-growing discography with a high-octane take on Zeds Dead and Subtronics colossal collaboration, “Gassed Up,” injecting it with elements from the world of electro, breaks, and UK Bass.
“It’s such an honor to put my own touch on this legendary track from Zeds Dead and Subtronics, I was especially drawn to the iconic vocals from Flowdan. My intention for this track was to slow down the original and turn it into a heavy hitter that could be played out in the house and techno world,” Mary Droppinz explains.
