Coachella has been postponed due to concerns over the coronavirus outbreak. While speculation began to swirl last night with word of the postponement spreading like wildfire across Facebook and Twitter, the festival’s organizers Goldenvoice has released this statement making it official.

Coachella 2020 will now take place on Oct. 9-11 and Oct. 16-18 still taking place at its usual home at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California. Ticket-holders who are unable to attend the rescheduled dates will be notified by March 13th on how to obtain a refund.
Goldenvoice is also hoping to keep as many acts from the original lineup as possible. Stay tuned for more details.
