Vermont bred singer-songwriter Noah Kahan blessed the streets of Atlanta, Georgia last night at Variety Playhouse. At first, I wasn’t sure what to expect from the venue. I knew the performance from Noah would be top notch (and it was). The venue was larger than I expected and that could be because it was jam packed (comfortably) with loyal fans.
JP Saxe opened up the night, but I arrived just as he was getting off. I can’t speak to his set, but I do speak highly of his music output. He has some solid releases and an artist you should keep an eye on. After a 30-minute intermission, Noah Kahan and his band took the stage. Kahan played fan favorites, “Hurt Somebody”, “Sink”, “Young Blood”, “Save Me” and many others. My personal favorite “False Confidence”, had a crowd reaction worth documenting.
If you get a chance to catch Noah’s show, make the effort to get out there. You can see where he is going on his Busyhead Tour Here.
I picked up one of his Stratford, VT tees. He has a great selection of well-made merch with unique colors. You can stream his debut album, Busyhead below:
