Have you not heard about the latest offering of quality house music in Atlanta? Well, I have all information you need to kick start that house music heart of yours. Opera, one of Atlanta’s premiere nightclubs recently teamed up with Liquified to bring you MIND CONTROL. This series focuses on bringing some of the best and hottest names in house music. The first event in the series featured German DJ and producer Claptone.
I have been to probably 25 to 30 events in the last year at Opera and this one caught me off guard. I have to admit I was not accustomed to the music of Claptone, but I have now joined his fandom. The mask may seem like a gimmick, but after one set, you will feel the gears of a mastermind turning underneath. If you haven’t seen a set from this sensation, change that in 2018. Claptone has a new album “Fantast” dropping June 8th, 2018. The first single off the album, “In The Night”, is out now and you can give it a listen below.
