Oliver Tree Unveils Debut Single “Welcome To LA”

LA-based artist, Oliver Tree, just let out one of his first original tracks “Welcome To LA”. Oliver uses weird and funky synths to talk some accurate shit on his hometown. Oliver has a very unique look and his music matches. The combination of the two put him on our radar and we’re loving everything about it.

Oliver Tree first popped up in the music scene when working with Getter on “Forget It”, and with his good friend, Whethan, on “When I’m Down”. Both tracks have over a million plays, so this is a pretty killer start to your career. Huffington Post called him “an enigma of genre”, and we couldn’t agree more. Oliver Tree combines hip-hop, electronic, jazz, and alt-pop all in one song. Usually combining so many genres can end up sounding way too much or just straight-up bad, but Oliver Tree clearly has the magic touch. We’re definitely Oliver Tree fans and are very pumped to see what else he has coming for us. Check out “Welcome To La” below!
