Chicago’s Mielo has been making festival appearances all around the Midwest this summer. His Porter Robinson redux was an absolute smash along with everything else he’s put out so far. The latest from Mielo is a beautiful remix of “Everything I Need” by Midoca. The track has such a nostalgic feeling and I love the melody that carries throughout it. Also the sound design of the synths gives somewhat of an 80’s twist. This remix has an overall “dancey” type of vibe but also has an emotional side to it which I think many can pick up on. Along with the remix Mielo has recently partnered with Hope For The Day to create limited edition long sleeve shirts where 100% of the proceeds go toward supporting suicide prevention and mental health education.
