NuAlias, a duo out of Toronto are known to twist and bend and transcend from using a single genre. Last week they came out with a new original “Black Diamond” where they do exactly that. In this one they combine techno, breaks and breakbeat to create a bass heavy mind-bending original. Using slashing synths and ominous melodies the duo has further pushed the sound which they are going for which they dub “NuGarageFunkWave.” It is no surprise that these two are quickly gaining recognition in the dance music community. The unique music that they produce and the different direction that they go with each of their songs surely makes them stand out.
