Currently burning up the dubstep charts on soundcloud, production duo YDG’s new remix of anthem maker O.T. Genasis “Cut It” has the group absolutely buzzing. The song has only been out for a few days but good music travels fast amongst the bass junkies amassing an impressive amount of plays. Following the success of there remixes and collabs with the like of Ookay, YDG is poised to start making serious noise if they keep putting out records like these.
There’s something about O.T. Genasis’s music that when beat hits and the hook kicks in you feel like you’ve heard it a million times before and you could probably hear it a million times again. YDG takes full advantage of the original song sampling the piano samples and vocals, then adding some slamming new drums, booming synths, climaxing in a massive bass drop.
