Jerry Folk Announces New North American Tour Dates and Drops “Been A While”

Norwegian indie dance producer, Jerry Folk, has been at the forefront of the blog community for quite some time now thanks to his continued success delivering quality remixes and funk-driven brand of house music. The undeniably talented artist has millions of plays under his belt on his SoundCloud, and he’s parlaying all of that success into his debut North American tour, which includes a stop at Coachella, where he’ll be playing The Do Lab this Saturday.

In celebration of this momentous milestone, Jerry Folk has unveiled his latest original production called “Been A While,” and we seriously can’t stop listening to it. Though the producer is best known for his disco-infused style of house, we’ve seen him venture out of his comfort zone on tracks like “You Know,” and he does so again on “Been A While.” Folk lays down a luscious bed of beautiful harp melodies and bubbly percussion patterns before diving into a downtempo breakdown underlined by a gritty guitar top-line. Take a gander at the track below and check out his full tour dates below.

An ambassador of all things dance music. Especially Sandstorm.
