Based in the south of France, up-and-comer producer and master remixer Kungs has crafted his latest reworking of Jamaican pop-star OMI’s “Midnight Serenade.” This track comes out of OMI’s ME 4 U remix package which includes a collection of tropical/deep house remixes from the likes of Felix Jaehn, Boehm, Bergs, and more. Kungs now joins these tastemakers with his own signature, deep house sound. With Erik Hassle’s melodious vocals at the forefront, his remix of “Midnight Serenade” employs a blend of emotive strings, soft pianos, and earnest breakdowns to conjure up a delightful feeling of late summertime bliss.
