Fiorious, the Bronx-born Italian American whose ‘Danceteria EP’ caught Annie Mac’s attention and support, is kicking off 2016 with the release of the lead single, “No Immunity,” off his upcoming sophomore album.
Produced by Italy’s heavyweight Scuola Furano, “No Immunity” puts a modern twist on sophisticated, aching disco-pop and soulful gold-age house music. Finding inspiration in records by the Pet Shop Boys and Bronki Beat, “No Immunity” captures the feeling of loneliness and heartbreak, while turning it into a massive, gay breakup dance anthem. The ‘No Immunity EP’, dropping January 29th, has racked up quite an impressive roster. Fellow NYC native Eli Escobar puts his twist on the track, in a sexy shimmering after-house house dub rework. While Cali-born/Berlin-based Steve Huerta, reworks Fiorious soulful vocals, to create a vibrant infectious deep house tune comprised of plucky new wave synths.
