Kygo just recently dropped a major announcement that will surely get his New York City fans all riled up. Just after a month, following his sold-out live show in the iconic Greek Theatre in Los Angeles, where his most notable guest was John Legend, no less, he took to his Facebook to announce that he will be taking his live show to the big apple and will be performing in the famed Barclays Arena in Brooklyn. This is the Norwegian DJ/Producer’s biggest live show to date and he will be joined by Lean On vocalist, MØ and Conrad Sewell, who gave life to his breakout single Firestone. Come January 21st, if his previous sets are any indicator to the quality of this forthcoming show, then his New York City fans will most definitely be treated with a unique performance that they will surely remember.
New York has been one of my biggest supporters since the beginning and that’s why every time I’m thinking [about] New York, I wanna make it special. – Kygo
And if that’s not enough to get you squealing, in the announcement video that he posted, Kygo teases his fans with a solid snippet of what might be an upcoming new single that features the soothing tropical sound that made us fall in love with the artist in the first place.
