lux.impala Deliver A Smooth Future Remix of Kehlani and Ambré’s “Preach”

Who is lux.impala and why am I just hearing about him now? There’s not very much information about the mysterious producer floating around on the Internet other than his SoundCloud account with three tracks and the description “unbounded.unaffiliated,” and it seems like he’s embracing the ZHU trend with full force – by letting his music speak for itself.

Today, he uploaded a remix of Kehlani and Ambré’s “Preach,” and it’s absolutely stellar. lux.impala has kept the smooth soulfulness of the original while managing to showcase his unique future style. Sparkling synths and sharp percussion work perfectly pair to elevate the polished verses of the original, which definitely makes lux.impala’s remix stand out from the rest. Peep it below and download it here.
