One thing Chicago’s known for is the amazing summertime festivals and once again, they’ve fully lived up to their expectations with the Mamby on the Beach lineup! In the mid 2000’s Chicago held this weekly beach party which helped lead many great Chicago producers to fame. This summer Mamby on the Beach will take place at a new lakefront venue, Oakwood Beach on July 11th and 12th. If the great atmosphere and waterfront show didn’t already get you though, the lineup is sure to. Headliners this year include well-known bands Empire of the Sun and Passion Pit who will also be joined by Phantogram, Royksopp, Cashmere Cat, and many more. As if that weren’t enough, Art Department will be performing their last Midwest show before they part ways musically.
