5 Great Mixes For Studying

5 Great Mixes For Studying
Sid

Ah, finals week. That week where our semester of binge drinking screeches to a rapid reality check that drives us all into the library. Cumulative exams, final papers, and final grades all loom heavy on the horizon. It is a brutal week, but it’s also a great week to discover some new music.

At ThisSongSlaps, we are here to help you through the grind, and here are five great mixes that serve as great study soundtracks.

1.) Hegemon Showcase 001: Nest HQ and Kasbo

Hegemon is a hella-impressive artist collective that specializes in the future and LoveTrap genres of EDM. This mix contains songs from the likes of Kasbo, $aturn, Just A Gent, and many more, and it is simply incredible.

2.) Zeds Dead: Dead Of Winter Mix

An insane mix from one of our favorite duos.

3.) Au5 Mixify Madness: Volume 1

Au5 has drawn comparisons to both Xilent and Seven Lions for his very melodic, glitchy style of music. The feels are heavy in this mix, and it is sure to help you through the last page of that study guide.

4.) ODESZA: No Sleep Mix 05

ODESZA has released nine no sleep mixes to this point in time, and each of them are worth checking out. This is my personal favorite from the series.

5.) DTB Podcast 006: Spag Heddy Guest Mix

Spag Heddy is the guest mixer for this edition of the DropTheBassline podcast, and he brings the heavy dubstep. This mix is not for the feint of heart, and is perfect if you really need some intensity to up your energy levels.
