Ash Riser Prescribes Some Dopeness With His New “Modern Medicine” EP

LA bred producer Ash Riser is back and since we talked to him last he’s been working. After dropping his first single “On My Mind” and 2 covers with his band Ash Riser & The Cause, Ash has been locked up in the studio working on new music and is ready to have a breakout 2015 with all his musical endeavors. Ash Riser serves up the first of many projects he’s been working on and it’s a dope 6 track EP called “Modern Medicine”.

This project encapsulates everything that is Ash Riser with influences spanning from hip hop, rock, soul, and electronic music, all while crafting a sound that’s uniquely his own. The project flows seamlessly beginning to end with self reflective, banging ballads that is as good in your headphones as would be live. Also this project was 100% produced, writing, performed and mixed by Ash Riser himself showing off his musical aptitude once again.

We reached out to Ash Riser for an interview last year because he was one of the most exciting and unpredictable artists out right now. With projects like this, he’s validating those beliefs and always captivates the true music lovers of the scene. This is only a small taste of what he’s got coming next but this project is so solid it should carry you through to the next thing just fine.

So if you’re in need of some music therapy, break out your favorite medicines, throw on those shades and turn those speakers up!
