The Chainsmokers Announce Winner of Kanye Remix Competition

If you aren’t familiar with The Chainsmokers single Kanye, the built-for-radio hit has been making its way around the airwaves since its release in the summer. After an impressive round of official remixes from Don Diablo, Ookay, and Chardy, the NYC duo decided to take Kanye to the underground scene. They graciously released the stems and held a competition via Wavo.me

The winner of the competition is AYO ALEX, who we have been supporting here at TSS since day one. AYO put his deep/future house twist on the hit, and all of us here at TSS think the win is very well deserved. Some of our other favorites were Kasum’s beautiful progressive remix, and Evan Gartner’s tropical house edit.
