I found out about these two North East Canadian producers, Friendzone, through Tom Swoon’s ‘Lift Off Radio Podcast’ a few months back with their upliftingly progressive remix of Adventure Club’s “Wonder”.
Chris and Morgan of Friendzone have defined a new meaning of uplifting progressive house with their work so far. Remixing such artists as Adventure Club, Krewella, Mako, and Kasakde – all unofficially but the mixes are so skillfully structured that each remix can uniquely pass of as an original worthy of big labels.
Here, “Chasing Paradise” is one of their first originals, a follow up of “Iris” which has received radio play from Hardwell’s On Air podcast. Don’t fret on these two. It’s only a start as their upcoming content just keeps getting better and better.
