Deadmau5 Pokes Fun At The Most Common Sounds In EDM With “Carbon Copy Cookie Cutter”

Deadmau5 strikes again! As we all know Joel Zimmerman isn’t the biggest fan of the current state of electronic dance music so since he had some free time, he decided to create “Carbon Copy Cookie Cutter”. While this track features the sounds we continue to hear over and over again on the Beatport charts, it still contains a dose of that signature Mau5 sound. He described this creation best on twitter, tweeting “4 vengance samples, 4 nexus presets, brickwall limiter and 30mins of “work” beatport here i come! download it free on live.deadmau5.com.”

P.S. Pay close attention to the into and outro, they send a strong message.
