I don’t know how he does it with absolutelty constant travel all over the world, playing so many different gigs and festivals, but still is constantly putting out new music. Over the course of the past two years, while traveling, Tiesto has been at work with his new upcoming album which is set to be released on June 13th, the first studio album of his in five years since Kaleidoscope.
So now this is the legend Tiesto debuting his video for his track “Wasted” off his upcoming album “A Town Called Paradise“. I dig the whole vintage look of the video, seeming to take us back to a different era, it is like a fantasy of young apron-wearing women at a luncheon with tons food and treats but once that Tiesto “Wasted” record gets put on the player, it ends up turning into a party of seemingly raging sorority girls at their pool, trying to party, by having food fights, Aokifying other girlfriends with cake, pillow fighting and dancing around in their underwear. But then the girls settle down a little bit and sit in front of the old television, all excited for “THE TIESTO SHOW” in which Tiesto himself appears on the show as a dreamy ole host with a musical guest incorporated into the show and of course it is Matthew Koma who is featured on the track for the vocals. All around, the set for the video and the girl’s costumes were all on point, capturing a 1960’s era Las Vegas house party full of the housewives while the men are off at work!
Tiesto says that his upcoming album’s title “A Town Called Paradise” and the actual sound of the album were both heavily influenced by the town of Las Vegas, where Tiesto finds himself spending a majority of time at, due to his residencies at both Wet Republic and Hakkasan. This album features many different collaborations of artists within the tracklist which you can check out below. Be sure to stay updated with this forthcoming album release, hopefully we will be hearing some more tunes off of it in the near future before it’s official release in its entirety! Pre-Order for the album is available May 13th for its June 13th release!
