(TSS PREMIER) Operator – Boundless

Our writer Christos, aka Operator, is back with this very cool trap track that feels like a journey across the galaxy. He does some really cool things with a sample from Flux Pavilion’s track ‘The Scientist’ as well as a scene from the old Planet of the Apes movie. The result is a gorgeous chilled out track that is a very fresh take on the trap genre.

Here’s what he had to say about it:

After seeing Flux Pavilion open an absolutely incredible set with his track ‘The Scientist,’ I knew I had to sample it somehow. After messing with a couple different ideas, this one pretty much just wrote itself. I hope you enjoy it! I also sampled a monologue from the original Planet of the Apes to give it that dark, space-travel vibe.

Throw the Operator a like on Facebook and stay tuned, as he will be dropping a track for the Dada Life remix comp very soon, as well as the next installment in his series of mashup EPs in the not so distant future.
