It’s time to start the week off with another BANGER so here’s today’s daily dose coming at you from Minnesota. Minnesota aka Christian Bauhofer from Santa Cruz, CA has blown up in the dubstep world before my eyes after a friend pointed him out to me a couple months ago. I featured his ‘California Dreamin’ Remix’ and his ‘Forgot About Dre Remix’ awhile back, and since then, he’s been performing at huge shows alongside big name artists including Skrillex at ‘Wobbleland,’ and his music has even made it onto iTunes. It’s awesome to see someone you’ve been listening to for awhile start to get popular at such a fast pace. It sounds like Minnesota has really started to take some time to perfect his craft because all of his tracks are well produced. What’s also cool is that he’s still giving out free tracks! Today’s dose is his remix of The Notorious Biggie Small’s song ‘Juicy.’ The song may seem mellow at first, but just wait until 2:25 and see if you still feel the same way.
