I’m in a never ending search for more Moombahton and earlier today Woogie sent me this mix he did a while back. Let me tell you, this has an nice wide variety that sure to please those who love Moombah and hip-hop. Later today, after Kendrick Lamar drops the last track of their appreciation week, Martin is going to showcase all of the free songs released this week is one post; stay posted for that. I noticed that I’ve been slacking on the electro playlists, so here’s Electro Playlist Vol. 2, a collection of the sickest free tracks around that I’ve showcased over the past couple weeks. These 16 tracks blended seamlessly together forming just under two hours of non-stop heavy electro basslines to get the party started. After bringing us their massive dubstep remix of Cassius’ ‘I Love You So’ in the last post earlier today, our hard-hitting San Diego resident DJs/producers known as Back From The Future are back again as promised with their third installment of the mixtape series here at TSS, ThisMixSlaps. Saber (Joe Garcia), one half of Back From The Future took this week into his own hands with ‘That $hit Cray,’ a mix jam-packed with 40 minutes of non-stop electro with a hint of dubstep & hip hop. Everyone ready for this? I’m stoked to introduce a new weekly series here at ThisSongSlaps.com, ThisMixSlaps. Over this crazy past weekend I ran into local San Diego DJ/producer Cheyenne Giles of the dubstep/electro duo Back From The Future (Cheyenne & Joe Garcia) who offered to mix a 30-60 minute mix of banging tracks once a week for all you bass-head TSS fans to rage to. These mixes will consist of the most energetic, bass-heavy, in-your-face dance music that will have your parties rocking nonstop for the duration of the mix. Here’s ThisMixSlaps Volume 1 coming from Back From The Future; a hour of nonstop dance music that will have you bouncing around your house like it’s nobodies business. I’ve attached a promo video for Cheyenne below which shows him rocking venues all over the beautiful city of San Diego, and he also gives a little insite into how he likes to blend his mixes. This is the new single from Hyper Crush. They teamed up with The Cataracs (producer of Fly Like a G6) to make this party hit. Kick Us Out is definitely a sick party track with a lot of chorus and vocals. I’ve seen Hyper Crush perform a couple times and they always put on a good show.
