Here’s a little something to ease you back into reality after EZT’s last post; besides, your roommate might be wondering why you’ve been jumping around fist-pumping by yourself for the last 2 hours. This is Kaskade’s new track called ‘All You Paris,’ which blends his song ‘All That You Give’ with David Guetta’s ‘Paris’ to create one massive progressive house mashup. If you missed Kaskade’s last track, be sure to check out his latest massive anthem ‘Turn It Down (Extended Mix)’ and his remix of Skylar Grey’s ‘Invisible.’ In the mean time, kick back, turn up your speakers, and enjoy!

TSS has been pretty dub-heavy for the past couple weeks; but that’s how it’s supposed to be, right? Right! Anyway, I’m balancing it out a little bit today by throwing an electro remix of Avicii’s song ‘Blessed’ coming from an up-and-coming New Jersey producer named Aylen (Andrew Lin). Aylen’s spin on ‘Blessed’ features a pounding baseline accompanied by heavy electro drops and smooth transitions. The future is looking bright for this new producer. Press play, turn up your speakers, and get ready to start party rocking!

My friend DJ Jason Ross has just released his newest piece of work called ‘Every Teardrop Is A Valentina,’ a mashup which simultaneously blends Coldplay, Swedish House Mafia, Dune, & Alesso to create one massive progressive house anthem capable of getting any dance floor bouncing. If you’re digging this mash, be sure to show J-Ross some love and “like” him on Facebook. Also, if you want to catch him live, he’ll be opening up for Tiesto & Porter Robinson at San Diego Sports Arena on October 2nd. In the mean time, kick back, turn up your speakers, and enjoy!

The ambiguously great duo known as Autoerotique consisting of Keith Robertson & David Henderson were homegrown and shifted-into-shape up north in Toronto’s west end. This duo stores electro, techno, house, Dutch house, Dutch-colonial house, rave, rock, rave-rock, indie-rock and even ska on speed dial and calls them up frequently to produce endless types of new music. Today, I have Autoerotique’s new electro-house remix of Tiesto’s newest hit featuring Kay called ‘Work Hard, Play Hard.’ This duo brought Tiesto’s track up a notch with the relentless, pounding bass line and screaming synth work. Turn up your speakers and enjoy!

Dirtyloud is an electro-house duo consisting of Jim and Du hailing out of Belo Horizonte, Brazil. This is their new hard-style electro-house remix of Dada Life’s hit track from last year ‘Unleash the F***king Dada.’ This remix is full of ground-shaking, almost dub-sounding bass, that will keep your speakers bouncing. Kick back, turn up your speakers and enjoy!

If you haven’t heard of Zedd yet, you should start keeping an eye on this kid because he’s going to be huge in EDM scene very soon; not that he’s not already. He’s won a couple remix competitions on BeatPort.com already, including Skrillex’s, and he’s not stopping anytime soon. I have three brand new Zedd tracks for you today that he’s released in the past week. The first two are his original mixes called ‘Dovregubben’ and ‘Changes,’ and the last one is his remix of Lady GaGa’s song ‘Marry The Night.’ ‘Dovregubben’ is my favorite and is more of a hard-style dub-sounding electro track compared to the other two, which are more electro-house sounding. Kick back, turn up your speakers, and enjoy!

After posting his remix of SHM’s ‘Save The World’ yesterday, I had to go looking for some more tracks from Alesso. I didn’t have to search far before I found his new remix of Alex Kenji, Starkillers, and Nadia Ali’s progressive house track ‘Pressure.’ If this song sounds familiar, it might be because you heard it used in DJ Jason Ross’ promo video that I posted last week. If this song doesn’t get you moving at least a little bit, there’s something wrong with you. This remix is guaranteed to be tearing up club dance floors all summer long. Turn up your speakers and enjoy!

It’s been awhile since I’ve had any progressive house tunes up on TSS, so I’m going to change that right now. The house masterminds behind the trio known as Swedish House Mafia dropped their latest anthem ‘Save The World’ about two weeks ago. Since then, this track has generated tons of hype and new remixes don’t seem like they’ll stop being released anytime soon. Today’s remix is coming from a producer called Alesso who’s actually signed to Sebastian Ingrosso of SHM. Alesso added a heavier, pounding bass line compared to the original and this really caught my attention. Kick back, turn up your speakers, and enjoy!

The last time Pharrell & N.E.R.D. collaborated with Daft Punk to produce ‘Hypnotize U,’ I posted Nero’s dubstep remix which has been a popular song for the past couple months. This time, Pharrell is back at it with a new hip hop track rapping over one of Daft Punk’s songs featured on The TRON Legacy Soundtrack called ‘The Game Has Changed.’ Pharrell’s confident rap-style and cunning lyrical flow reminds me of Lupe Fiasco’s recent tracks. Turn up your speakers and enjoy!

Kaskade’s set at Ultra 2011 was absolutely amazing with his time slot on the main stage transitioning from daytime to night. I threw in a picture of the crowd at his stage above when he dropped this song and a LIVE video of the transition between this remix and ‘Raining’ at the bottom of this post; SO SICK! His set was going smoothly with his progressive house music relaxing the huge audience until he dropped this completely unexpected remix of Skrillex’s song ‘Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites.’ The crowd absolutely lost it when he played this remix and everyone was trying to figure out what the name of the song was. Luckily, I recorded the song on my Flip Camcorder and ripped the audio clip into an mp3 file. Kaskade leaves the signature Skrillex voices untouched but completely remixes the track into his familiar sound. Turn up and your speakers and enjoy this MUST HEAR remix!
