I'm loving this trend of big name producers giving away massive free tunes this week. Tommy Trash, MiMoSA (coming next) and now Carnage. Let's keep this up fellas. The track is titled "Mara (Original Mix)" and features a catchy melody, euphoric builds and an incredibly massive festival house drop that only a seasoned producer such as Carnage is capable of inciting, and pioneering for that matter. If I were to tell you just how many times I've listened to this new Motez remix within the last one hour time-span this afternoon it would be pretty embarrassing. I would have never imagined that mixing together the hook from Sage The Gemini's hip hop banger "Gas Pedal" with the funky sounds of deep house would result in such musical magic, but the combination is eargasmic and extremely contagious without a doubt. Bonus: it's available for free download below. GAS PEDAL! GAS PEDAL! GAS PEDAL! GAS PEDAL! GAS PEDAL!

After hearing his track "Sun Dial" premiered in Victor Niglio's Diplo & Friends mix, I knew I had to keep my eye on Speaker of the House. I came into contact with him and he sent over his VIP mix of one of his originals, entitled "Most Wanted". I was so impressed with his work. This kid pours everything he has into his tracks and doesn't settle for anything less that perfection. This track incorporates both dubstep type elements electro house, and the finished product is simply mind blowing. Grab the free DL and turn it up!

Swedish DJ/Producer duo Forever Kid specialize in revamping vintage songs from years past, and this new track is a real treat (one more Halloween nod before the holiday is completely gone). The talented producers have taken CeCe Peniston's supremely classic "Finally" and spun it into a glossy house banger.
Their incredible additions of soaring retro synths and masterful beat production truly take this track to new heights, and Peniston's classic vocals are incredible as ever. This duo have really found a niche music style that's uniquely their own, so I have no doubt that we'll be witnessing the imminent success of Forever Kid in the near future. Grab the free download below and get and early start on your weekend!

Who doesn't like a nice Aaron Paul vocal sample every now and then? Boombox Cartel has gained some notoriety for their rage-inducing "WTF is Festival Trap" remixes, but this song, an original, blows those out of the water. 'Where's My Money' is a sort of big house song, but I don't want to pigeon-hole it like that because this track features elements from all different types of electronic music and does it oh-so-well. It really is absolutely insane how hard this song goes, each drop is bigger than the last. By the third drop, I was just about ready to take my pants off and dance in the street (Don't worry CSPD, I didn't do it again).

Flux Pavilion uploaded a picture of himself in the studio with Steve Aoki a few months back, and now we know just what they were cooking up. The track is titled "Steve French" and is coming off Flux Pavilion's forthcoming Freeway EP, dropping via Big Beats Records Nov. 11.
After hearing Flux debut his massive moombahton collaboration with Dillon Francis titled "I'm The One" a few months back and then hearing this, I can say with 100% certainty that the Freeway EP is going to be complete EDM madness.

This track right here is a little change up from our usual filthy style, but this was just too good to pass up. Really embodying the tech house vibes, Michael Berry hits us with this banger, and I can't get enough of it. You can really tell that every little element in the track was precisely thought out, and it really shows in the final product. Big ups to Michael Berry on this one, grab the free DL and bump this all night long!

The time has arrived. Over the past month we've been hyping up the imminent release of Los Angeles-based DJ/Producer Wilks' debut EP (check out b-side "Fuck The Barkin"), and now it has come. Two amazing tracks from one of LA's freshest and most talented producers is out today as the Bring Me Home EP on Prep School Recordings, and you can listen to 'em right now!
Wilks is known for his skillful utilization of the deeper frequencies, and specifically the unique way he makes them bounce. His Bring Me Home EP places a large emphasis on fleshing out amazing vocal samples within his large, cavernous grooves, and it sounds truly sublime. He has been referred to as a modern resurgence of west coast deep/ghetto house, and I couldn't agree more. Take a listen to the EP's title track below, featuring stunning vocals courtesy of Bria Park, and grab the whole thing now over on Beatport or iTunes!

Los Angeles-based DJ/Producer Wilks has proven himself to be a breath of fresh air in a scene over-saturated with unoriginal artists and copycats. The talented artist released a number of incredible singles this year (check out "Ghetto" and "Shadows Light"), and now he is readying the release of his debut EP, entitled the Bring Me Home EP. The record will be available for purchase at all major online retailers through Prep School Recordings on 10/29, but Wilks has released a killer B-side from the record for free today!
The track is called "Fuck The Barkin", and the title is a perfect indication of what you're about to hear. The skilled producer seamlessly melds together a fresh mix of classic ghetto house and LA contemporary tech house with some deep tendencies. Wilks utilizes unique chopped&screwed vocal samples from "1nce Again" by A Tribe Called Quest, and weaves them between an undulating bassline, timeless house chords, and club-ready beats. It's dark and danceable in the best ways. Grab the free download below and keep an eye out for the Bring Me Home EP out on 10/29!
