A friend of mine hit me with his new song the other day, and man does it bang. Capturing that club feel with a little dirty dutch infused, AYO ALEX! really delivers on this one. As an up and coming producer, AYO ALEX! has a few other songs on his Soundcloud page that are just as good. Grab this download below, and check out his Soundcloud. You won’t be dissapointed. Keep your eye on this kid.

Vicetone, stahp. Seriously, everything these guys touch turns to gold. ‘One Night’ by Matthew Koma was already a fantastic indie-pop song that can get a crowd moving but Ruben and Victor, the mad scientists known as Vicetone, thought that it would sound a lot better as an electro house banger and they couldn’t have been more right. In case you didn’t know already (which you should) you can catch these two guys spinning LIVE at our event, ThisFestivalSlaps, on May 29th and 30th hosted by Mixify.

Since the emotional One Last Tour and the break up of Swedish House Mafia, everyone has had their eyes on Axwell, Sebastian Ingrosso, and Steve Angello. Today, we have a solo release from Axwell himself entitled Center of the Universe. Pete Tong premiered this unreal tune on his radio show, and I couldn’t be more impressed. This song hasn’t been formally released yet, and no release date has been announced.

One of my favorite producers for a long time, Felix Cartal, has just thrown up the preview for his monster new track with the one and only Clockwork whom some of you may know better as RL Grime. The track has been a long time coming — Felix says on soundcloud that the two began working on the track back when they were touring together. The song is going to be an absolute monster and favorite all throughout festival season for sure, and I can hardly wait for the release. The track perfectly combines the two distinctively different styles of Felix and Clockwork combining the big room melodic chord build style of Felix with Clockwork’s funky electro style taking the reigns at the drop. The song also features beautiful vocals from Madame Buttons which serve as a perfect glue uniting the two styles. Check out the preview and grab this banger when it comes out out Dim Mak May 14th!

We have substantial reason to believe that the below track is in fact an early version of the closing tune off Daft Punk’s forthcoming album, Random Access Memories. Almost entirely confirmed by both BeatPort & FactMag, “Contact” features France’s own DJ Falcon and was captured on a 2002 DJ set recording of Daft Punk’s Thomas Bangalter, Cassius and Falcon at Amsterdam’s Paradiso, which you can check out at 2 hour and 21-minute mark here. What do you think? Is this real or fake?

Tom Budin, the teenage prodigy, is back with a bootleg of Daft Punks single. He starts the song off with the catchy lyrics and melody over some hyped up drums. Then he switches it up with a funky melodic drop of his own that will have everyone asking what remix this is! A great fresh take on an instant classic, and he even adds in an interesting disco synth over top of the second build. Definitely pick this one up so you don’t have to stop enjoying Daft Punk’s genius even when everyone and their grandma has overplayed the original. Also, check Tom out on Facebook and Twitter. You’re gonna wanna keep an eye on this kid out of Australia!

We have a big remix from you today of ‘Blue Milk’. While the track isn’t really one to taken too seriously, it’s a big remix with a bangin’ kick and a good swing. The track is more of a grimy, club track with this new brand of bouncey house and electro that’s surfacing. Definetley be sure to keep up to date with these guys for future tracks.

The producer from New York who brought us his insane trap remix to Macklemore & Ryan Lewis’ hit ‘Thrift Shop’ earlier this year is back with another crazy release. Formerly known just as himself, the 18 year old producer Ari Leff has recently started a new EDM project named EPIQUE. Enjoy his first tune under the new project, a groovy dub/electro original called ‘Golden’, with vocal samples from Jill Scott. Be sure to like the new EPIQUE page on Facebook below as well as I know Ari will be dropping serius heat in the near future.

Brazilian electro mastermind Hugo Castellan a.k.a. Darth & Vader has just released the preview for his forthcoming remix of fellow Brazilian FTampa’s track ‘Chaos’. Darth & Vader, whose aggressive electro style I first became aware of when he remixed Duck Sauce’s classic ‘Barbara Streisand’, gives FTampa’s ‘Chaos’ the same treatment. From the very beginning you can tell that the track is building into something huge, and when the drop comes, as the sample he uses says, the track is ‘so fucking extreme’. The track comes out on April 22nd, so be ready to get crazy. In the meantime you can jam out to the original version from FTampa here.
