Holy absolutely crazy remix from rising producer Ommi. I have heard a little from this guy before, but his newest remix to ‘They Know’ from P0gman truly got me headbanging and put a huge smile on my face. By now, you better be aware of Zedd’s debut album, Clarity. It is easily one of the top EDM albums of the year and is a beautiful work of art. I’ve been very cautious of the remixes out there, but I’m genuinely impressed with this one from Jay Cosmic. The build up starts with sped up vocals, and a very upbeat keyboard synth which leads up to possibly one of the most mind melting, filthiest drops I’ve heard from a drumstep track, topping even the pioneers of the sub-genre, Knife Party. Although I wasn’t too big of a fan of the accelerated vocals at first, this ones definetley grown on me as I`ve been writing.

After releasing a preview a few months back, San Francisco’s powerhouse dubstep quartet Helicopter Showdown just let go the full version to their original tune, ‘Churched Out’. Once again, Helicopter Showdown’s signature, filthy sound shines all the way through on this one to ensure a certified and grimy banger. These guys also have a 3-song EP dropping December 3rd via Beatport called On The Shoulder Of Giants, so be on the lookout for that as well. Enjoy!

Houston based producer, Feature Cuts is notorious for his filthy dub remixes, and now that he’s moving into the game of original tracks, it’s interesting to see how he’s developing as a producer. Feature Cuts’ past remixes of ‘We’ll Be Coming Back’ and ‘Make It Bun Dem’ have been absolute bangers. His latest track, ‘Rage Values’ follows suit perfectly with this massive sound that packs an incredibly filthy drop!

Right when I thought this song was completely out of my life for good, the 18 year old producer known as Rekoil comes back and drops a filthy dubstep remix to it. But hey, I’m not complaining, the young producer from Baltimore spiced up the original by bringing in the grime! This one definitely deserves a listen, and if you’re feeling it grab the free download as well.
