Arty has had his handsful throughout 2017 with the resurgence of his Trance project, Alpha 9, but today he has delivered a new track that can easily be argued as one of his most impressive releases to date.

Martin Garrix’s emerging imprint, STMPD RCRDS, has unveiled Arty’s latest original, “Supposed to Be,” a moving tune which takes listeners on a journey of discovery following the loss of someone close.

“Working on this record was an unbelievable experience. The lyrics are so meaningful and powerful that I wanted to make sure that all of the instruments I was using were reflecting the overall significance of the song,” said Arty. “We all go through the tough moments in our life when we lose purpose, get stuck in the past, and don’t see how to move on. At these points, we need to remember that God is smiling on us and we have so many reasons to live.”
